In this study through the letter of Colossians, we explore the fundamental biblical truth at the heart of the whole book: Christ in you, the hope of glory.
In our last series, Your REAL ID, we learned who we are in Christ. In Christ in You! we turn to who the Christ in us is. The apostle Paul wrote Colossians from a Roman prison around AD 60–62 to a church he had never visited — a congregation surrounded by "Jesus plus" pressures, voices insisting that Christ had to be supplemented with extra rules, secret knowledge, or special spiritual experiences. His answer was not a bigger rulebook, but a fuller revelation of the supremacy and sufficiency of Christ. The "more" the world keeps selling is actually less than the "all" we already possess in Him.
Across this series we watch Christ's supremacy reach from all creation to your everyday life — the same Lord who created and holds all things together now lives inside every born-again believer and is Lord over your relationships, your work, and your home. Message by message, Paul builds one rising case: because Christ is supreme and full, you have been made complete in Him — and you need nothing added. In Christ alone is every treasure of wisdom, every spiritual blessing, and the hope of glory itself.
Join us as we discover the freedom of finding everything we need in Christ alone — rooted in Him, complete in Him, and bearing fruit that lasts.
